Orders and Shipping

Each of our product lines is different. We aim to ship our original fiber art and tie dye within two business days. Spark Love Everyday and Bubblicious are printed to order. You will see an estimate of time from our manufacturing partners when you put one of these in your cart. 

You can create an account as your order, or before if you would like to save a wishlist or favorites. Just click https://creativecapecod.com/my-account/ to get started. 

We charge sales tax where we are required to do so. Laws vary from state to state. 

We do ship to most countries by USPS First Class International Mail. Tracking is not available on international orders. Shipping times are unpredictable due to delays in customs and your local post office. While three weeks is typical, it can be as much as six weeks for your order to arrive. 

Shipments are marked as merchandise. You can be responsible for duties, taxes or other fees that are due in order for you to receive your package. We do not have control over these fees and do not have a way to know what they will be. 

Our products are created in multiple locations so they may come in multiple packages from those places. 

Yes, we do a variety of custom orders. For manufactured lines like Bubblicious and Spark Love you can request a specific design on a particular type of garment or product. If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

There may be short delays in processing your order. There are unprecedented shipping delays, so please plan accordingly. We will do our best and are unable to make any guarantees at this time. 

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for products in original condition. Please contact connect@creativecapecod.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After we receive your return we will refund your original payment method or exchange your item . Shipping fees are not refundable.
